La Maison de l’Afrique, partner of the 3rd edition of the Week of Africa’s Solutions (SAS) in Paris: Showcasing the continent’s economies, arts, and cultures
Our partner's news
La Maison de l’Afrique was founded in 1974, at the initiative of Presidents Léopold Sédar Senghor (Senegal), Félix Houphouët-Boigny (Côte d’Ivoire), and Georges Pompidou (France). It responded to the desire of African political leaders and business communities to have, in Paris, a privileged space for meetings and information, aimed at expanding and strengthening the action of African embassies in France and Europe.
Today, La Maison de l’Afrique brings together ten African states, represented by their chambers of commerce, whose presidents sit on the board of directors of a company with majority African capital.
Its primary mission remains the promotion of the economies, arts, and cultures of all African countries. A true bridge between continents, it also serves as a strategic venue for meetings, dialogue, and cooperation between European and African economic players.
📅 Join us on October 24–25, 2025, in Paris for an even more ambitious, inclusive, and transformative 3rd edition of the Week of Africa’s Solutions (SAS)!
