The Tamkine Foundation is pleased to announce that Professor Rachid Benmokhtar, Honorary President of the Foundation, has been appointed Honorary President of the 2nd Mediterranean Smart Cities Conference.

The event, held under the Royal High Patronage, will take place from October 13 to 15, 2025, in Tétouan – Martil, Morocco, in a hybrid format (in-person and online).
