Will Pensy: shaping the mobility of tomorrow, between innovation and sustainability
Driven by his passion for Smart Cities and sustainable mobility, Will Pensy took a decisive step in January 2024 by co-founding Jelani, a pioneering African start-up in Mobility as a Service (MaaS). Alongside three partners, he is designing an innovative solution to transform urban mobility in major African cities by integrating various services adapted to local realities. The first pilot project focuses on optimizing minibus lines, supported by a community of users. Shuttles for daily commutes (morning and evening) will be set up, while a first version of the mobile application is already under development. Amy Samb Monteiro: Committed Entrepreneur and Bridge Builder Between France and Senegal
Born in 1978 in Senegal, Amy Samb Monteiro combines professional excellence, cultural commitment, and ecological activism. After training in hospitality and gaining experience in catering and nursing homes, she opened a Senegalese restaurant in Sucé-sur-Erdre, which became a space for cultural exchange and discovery.
At the same time, she engaged in environmental causes: as president of the Nature et Compost association since 2015, she has promoted sustainable practices. In 2019, she founded Ferme Cheikh Anta, focused on sustainable farming and training. Since 2025, she has chaired the CAPASED cooperative, connecting solidarity projects between France and Senegal.
