Tamkine Tutoring was created in response to the needs expressed by students, parents, teachers, and educational authorities. First tested in Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, the program proved its effectiveness in improving education quality and equity.

Tamkine Tutoring is an innovative initiative that integrates ICT into the learning process through a dedicated platform. It offers voluntary support and remediation lessons to students in all academic streams.
Objectives
- Enhance student performance and learning outcomes.
- Promote equal opportunities, especially for youth in disadvantaged areas.
Implementation (Phase 1)
- Equip schools with Tamkine broadcasting/receiving rooms.
- Train and certify volunteer teachers in both technical and pedagogical aspects.

- 260,000 beneficiaries
- 1,000 volunteer teachers (720 certified)
- 1,202 Tamkine rooms
- 120+ educational inspectors
